The latest in a line of crossover games developed by Capcom, Marvel vs. Capcom 3 features characters from both the Capcom and Marvel universes, and features fast-paced fighting on a 2D plane. Players select three characters that can be tagged in and out on the fly.
What's new?
Fate of Two Worlds is similar to its predecessor, but it does boast a number of important differences:
* Updated graphical engine.
* Simple Mode for new players.
* New characters.
* Three buttons for light, medium and hard attacks.

IGN has the complete Marvel vs. Capcom 3 roster, but new combatants include:
* Dante from Devil May Cry
* Phoenix from the X-Men Series
* Viewtiful Joe
* Zero from Mega Man
* How does it look?
Fate of Two Worlds is a crisp fighter that looks like plenty of fun. Devoted fans of Marvel vs. Capcom 2 (you know who you are) should be happy with everything here. Although the visual style has been a point of contention at the IGN office, most of us still dig the game. What's not to love about beating up Wolverine with Ryu?
Will there be online play?
Absolutely. There will be full online support for competitive multiplayer that will track a player's statistics and even map out his or her play style.
When does it come out?
